Organizing Modules within a Course

Organizing modules within a course is a fundamental aspect of creating a structured and cohesive learning experience in your LMS. Here’s how you can organize modules within a course.

Step 1: Access Course Management

  • Begin by logging into your LMS account using your credentials.

  • Access the Admin Portal section from the main dropdown menu.

  • Choose the "Manage Courses" option to enter the course management interface.

Step 2: Locate the Course

  • Inside the course management interface, find the course you wish to update.

  • Click on the “kebab menu” (three dots) next to the course.

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Edit Course Details"

  • This will open the course editing interface.

Step 3: Access Module Organization

  • Within the "Edit Course Details" section, locate and click on the “Organize Content “ button. This initiates the process of arranging modules based on your desired order.

Step 4: Drag and Drop Modules

  • Utilize the drag-and-drop functionality to rearrange modules in the desired order.

  • Click on a module, hold the mouse button, and move it to the desired position within the list.

Step 5: Save Changes

  • After organizing and sorting modules according to your requirements, click on the “Save” button to confirm the changes. This ensures that the new order and sorting preferences are applied.
