Deleting Users
Deleting users is a crucial task to maintain an accurate user database and ensure the removal of obsolete accounts. This knowledge base entry provides a detailed guide on how to delete users within your LMS.
Step 1: Locate User Details
On the search box found on the User Management Interface, enter the name of the user find the user whose information you want to edit.
You can also set filters and sub-filters to narrow down your search.
Step 2: Open the User Profile
Once you've located the user, click on the name.
You will be redirected to their User Profile
Step 3: Remove the User Profile
Once you've located the user, scroll down to the bottom of the User Profile.
Click on the "Remove" option.
Step 4: Confirm Removal of User
On the pop-up box, click on the “Yes, Remove!” button to confirm the deletion of the User Profile.
