Deleting Users

Deleting users is a crucial task to maintain an accurate user database and ensure the removal of obsolete accounts. This knowledge base entry provides a detailed guide on how to delete users within your LMS.

Step 1: Locate User Details

  • On the search box found on the User Management Interface, enter the name of the user find the user whose information you want to edit.

  • You can also set filters and sub-filters to narrow down your search.

Step 2: Open the User Profile

  • Once you've located the user, click on the name.

  • You will be redirected to their User Profile

Step 3: Remove the User Profile

  • Once you've located the user, scroll down to the bottom of the User Profile.

  • Click on the "Remove" option.

Step 4: Confirm Removal of User

  • On the pop-up box, click on the “Yes, Remove!” button to confirm the deletion of the User Profile.
